Our kitchen is open 10am to 2.30pm, and we take last counter orders at 4.30pm.

Our menus are created by using the best in local seasonal produce from our neighbours, local farms and Helmingham Estate’s kitchen garden.
Our menu flows with the seasons which allows us to create delicious dishes from an abundance of fresh produce foraged, gifted and homegrown.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Helmingham Estate during the summer season. Nourish is accessible without having to buy a ticket to Helmingham’s gardens - but we do recommend visiting the gardens if it’s your first time!
